108m Steel Truss Bridge of Baiyinhua East – Saiyinwenduri Railway

This 108-metre steel truss bridge was constructed on an operational railway track and ​​​​​​​completed in 2020. The incremental launching method was adopted with millimetre-level construction precision. This technology minimizes disruptions to railway traffic.

Approximately 100,000 sets of bolts were used for the whole bridge, greatly improving construction accuracy. With precise fabrication by ZDSTEELS, the hole matching rate reached 100%. The project demonstrates ZDSTEELS’ capability of “innovative problem-solving”.
