The Shenyang‑Shanhaiguan Railway Line

The Beijing‑Harbin Expressway (designated G1, hereinafter referred to as the Beijing‑Harbin Expressway) starts in Beijing, passes through Shenyang and Changchun, and terminates in Harbin, with a total route length of 238.031 km. It is one of the seven capital‑radiating expressways specified in the National Highway Network Plan (2013‑2030), as well as one of the seven corridors within the “678” main framework of the national comprehensive three‑dimensional transportation network. Serving as a major artery for highway transportation in Northeast China and a vital passage for traffic entering and exiting the Shanhaiguan Pass, it occupies a pivotal position in both the national and regional highway networks.
