Dadi Road Expressway, Shenyang

Built in 2021, Dadi Road Expressway serves as a key western urban exit route of Shenyang, connecting the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Ring Roads. It carries heavy traffic with a large volume of heavy‑duty vehicles and bears critical transportation functions. The expressway project stretches approximately 8,400 m, starting 500 m east of the 4th Ring Road and terminating at a minor road west of the 3rd Ring Road. The route passes through Hunhe West Canyon Park and Zhaijia Village. It intersects with 17th Hunhe Street, East 17th Hunhe Street, Caohou Highway, 10th Hunhe Street, South Central Street, 6th Hunhe Street, West 5th Hunhe Street, 5th Hunhe Street and 4th Hunhe Street, crosses the Xi River and the access road of Mojiapu Toll Station, and connects with the Dadi Road Bridge across the 3rd Ring Road. Factories and villages are mostly distributed to the north of Dadi Road, while floodplain land of the Hun River lies on its south side. Taking the existing road as the baseline, this project expands toward the north side.
