Lanjun Road Railway-Crossing Swivel Bridge (Shengli Avenue Expressway), Shenyang

The Lanjun Road Railway‑Crossing Swivel Bridge, part of the Shengli Avenue Expressway (Lanjun Road‑Hunnan Avenue) Project, was completed in 2021. The overall scheme builds dual‑deck ramp bridges to connect the existing 2nd‑Ring viaduct with Shengli Avenue and realize interchange between west‑bound traffic on the 2nd Ring Road and south‑bound traffic on Shengli Avenue. The project starts at the Tengfei 1st Street intersection on Shenyang 2nd Ring Road, crossing six railway lines including the upward‑track of Shenshan Railway and both directions of Shenyang‑Dalian Expressway. It terminates at Shengli Avenue and lands 700 m further south along Shengli Avenue. The ramp bridge consists of left‑line and right‑line decks. The left‑line ramp lies north of the existing 2nd‑Ring viaduct, and the right‑line ramp lies on its south side. Each single‑deck bridge has a full width of 8.0 m with two one‑way lanes. The total project length is 3,382.81 m. Among them: left‑line ramp bridge length: 920 m, approach‑road length:133.12 m; right‑line ramp bridge length:2143 m, approach‑road length:186.69 m.
