This project is situated in Aohan Banner, Chifeng. Completed in 2021, the bridge spans the Mengke River and is located on Huiyuan Road.

The Mengke River runs through Aohan Banner, Inner Mongolia. It originates in southern Aohan Banner, passes through Xinhui Town, the seat of the Aohan Banner People’s Government, and empties into the sandy region in northern Aohan Banner. The Qingshan Reservoir is constructed on the lower reaches of the Mengke River.

The road right-of-way width is 50 m. The bridge has a total length of 136.08 m and an overall width of 41 m.
